Terms and Conditions1. Overview
This document outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing and using the AI Innovation Workshop Pass (“Pass”) offered by Tobias Zwingmann. By purchasing this Pass, you agree to these terms.2. Workshop Access
- The Pass provides lifetime access to all AI workshops hosted by Tobias Zwingmann.
- Workshops are held twice a month and include live attendance, Q&A sessions, and access to recordings.
- Access to workshop recordings is provided indefinitely as long as Tobias Zwingmann continues to host workshops.3. Payment
- The cost of the Pass is a one-time payment of €100 EUR. VAT may apply.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- No refunds are available once the purchase is completed, except as outlined in Section 5.4. Limited Availability
- The Pass is limited to 100 participants. Once the limit is reached, no additional passes will be sold.5. Commitment to Workshop Delivery
- Tobias Zwingmann commits to hosting two AI workshops per month for a minimum period of six months from the date of your Pass purchase.
- If Tobias Zwingmann fails to deliver the agreed number of workshops (two per month) within this six-month period, Pass holders are entitled to request a full refund.
- Refund requests must be sent via email to [email protected] within 30 days following the end of the six-month period.6. Duration of Access
- After the initial six-month commitment period, Tobias Zwingmann reserves the right to continue or discontinue the workshops at his discretion. Should workshops continue, Pass holders will retain lifetime access to all content provided.
- If Tobias Zwingmann chooses to discontinue the workshops after the six-month period, no further refunds will be issued.7. Cancellation and Termination
- As the Pass provides lifetime access, no cancellation options are available.
- Tobias Zwingmann reserves the right to terminate access to the workshops and recordings in the event of misuse or breach of these terms.8. Intellectual Property
- All content provided in the workshops, including recordings, is the intellectual property of Tobias Zwingmann.
- You may not distribute, share, or reproduce any workshop content without express written permission.9. Liability
- The information provided in the workshops is for educational purposes only.
- Tobias Zwingmann is not liable for any decisions made based on the workshop content.10. Modifications and Discontinuation
- Tobias Zwingmann reserves the right to modify the content, frequency, or format of the workshops after the initial six-month period. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
- Should workshops be discontinued, Pass holders will continue to have access to all previously provided recordings and materials.11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
